Tough Glass Kenya warrants its products and installations to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and service conditions.
The warranty period applicable to each product category will be communicated at the time of purchase and indicated on the customer invoice or quotation.
Please note that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is valid from the date of purchase or installation.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and installation workmanship issues arising under normal intended use of the product.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
- Improper use, abuse, negligence, or misuse of the product.
- Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs.
- Accidental impacts, vandalism, or mishandling.
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, staining, discoloration, or cosmetic damage occurring through regular use.
- Structural movement, building settlement, or foundation shifts affecting the installation.
- Acts of nature including storms, floods, lightning, fire, earthquakes, excessive wind, or other natural disasters.
- Damage resulting from failure to follow recommended care, maintenance, and safety guidelines.
- Commercial or industrial use where the product was supplied for residential applications only.
Tough Glass Kenya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including personal injury or property damage arising from misuse, neglect, or circumstances beyond our control.
Any warranty claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase and reported promptly upon discovery of the defect.
